• F series hot melt adhesive is suitable for thermal transfer hot melt adhesive on various types of cloth, such as cotton, TC, TR, Lycra, EVA materials, etc.
• Hot melt adhesive characteristics: This hot melt adhesive is a special hot melt adhesive for cloth transfer printing. It is recommended to use a printing mesh of 80-100 mesh, in which hot melt powder has been added to enhance washability and make it dry and non-sticky after printing.
• The transfer conditions are as follows: the heat press pressure is about 3-4kg/cm², the temperature is about 140-150℃, and the time is about 10-15 seconds. This glue is non-toxic, has low odor, has good weather resistance, and has good water resistance and washing effect.
• Dilution solvent: ketones, benzene solvents, all have good solubility
• Drying conditions: It can be dried naturally in about 30 minutes or baked at low temperature in the oven for 10-15 minutes to be completely dry.
• Note: Because it is a mixture of synthetic resin and hot-melt powder, please stir it thoroughly before use to exert its excellent performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the addition ratio of diluent solvent is between 20% and 30%.
