812 Adhesive

• 812-Adhesve Suitable for thermal transfer adhesives for various footwear products, shoe materials, TPU, PU products, etc.
• Adhesive characteristics: This hot melt adhesive is a special adhesive for shoe materials and TPU&PU types. It is recommended to use 150-200 mesh for printing. This glue is non-toxic, low-odor, weather-resistant, and has good adhering effect.
• Dilution solvent: Ketone solvents have good solubility.
• Drying conditions: It can be dried naturally in about 30 minutes or baked at low temperature in the oven for 10-15 minutes to be completely dry.
• Storage: If properly stored at no more than 40°C and in a tight original container, its stability can be maintained for at least two years.
• Safety: Because it contains solvents, special care must be taken when handling the product. This product is flammable, so the container should be kept away from fire sources. Avoid contact with skin and eyes or inhalation of this product. If it accidentally gets into your eyes, please wash it with plenty of water first, and then seek medical examination and treatment. Please operate this product in a well-ventilated environment and do not allow this product to flow into the sewage system.
• Note: The above is based on normal use conditions in order to achieve its excellent performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the addition ratio of diluent solvent is between 10% and 20%.
