PP Transfer Adhesve

• Operation and application: PP transfer adhesive is suitable for transfer printing on any untreated PP materials.
• Adhesive characteristics: The pattern is based on plastic ink, printed on the PET release film and then printed with PP adhesive. The transfer temperature is 180 and the pressure is 1-2KG. It can be transferred to the PP material in an instant.
• This adhesive is used for gravure and screen printing. It is non-toxic, has low odor, is wear-resistant, temperature-resistant, weather-resistant, does not discolor, and has excellent alcohol resistance.
• Dilution solvent: Benzene solvent has good solubility.
• Storage: If properly stored at no more than 40°C and in a tight original container, its stability can be maintained for at least one year. If condensation occurs at a low temperature of 20°C, it will return to its original appearance as long as it is heated with water. , and does not affect its transfer characteristics.
• Safety: Because it contains solvents, special care must be taken when handling the product. This product is flammable, so the container should be kept away from sources of fire. Avoid contact with skin and eyes or inhalation of this product.
